I graduated with an undergraduate degree in arts with a major in Economics at the University of
British Columbia. I then went on and received my Juris Doctorate from the University of Victoria in
2017 and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2018. During my time at the University of Victoria, I won the Pro Bono Students Canada “Most Deliverable” Award in the area of family law.
My interest and passion for family law is deeply rooted in my own experiences, which allows me to be able to truly empathize and connect with my clients on a deeper level. I understand that family disputes take a great emotional toll on families; there is no doubt that families often experience a complete change to their lifestyle. As such, I am firm believer in helping families communicate through turbulent transitions and also in settling cases with the most amicable results for both parties. However, I also love a good challenge and am willing to litigate if necessary and if it’s in the best interest of my clients.
I have represented clients at the BC Supreme Court and BC Provincial Court.
I speak fluent Mandarin and am able to understand Cantonese. I can also read and write both traditional and simplified Chinese.
On my own personal time, I participate in recreational equestrian. I also love travelling and am always seeking new places to explore any chance I can get.
